BYSL is a free platform for creating shortlinks and QR codes. This service is provided "as is" without any warranties.

- • Prohibited from using the service for spam, phishing, Online Gambling, Coin/Crypto Scams, Ponzi schemes, or other illegal and harmful activities
- • Prohibited from attempting to damage or disrupt our systems
- • Users are required to verify a valid email address to use dashboard, analytics, and API services
4. Limitation of Liability

- • BYSL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any losses arising from the use of the service
- • Service is provided FREE and "as is" without availability guarantees
- • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the service
- • Users are fully responsible for content created using our service
- • BYSL is not responsible for content accessed through user-created shortlinks

We reserve the right to PERMANENTLY terminate, restrict, or block your access to the service at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions, including violations related to Online Gambling, Coin Scams, and phishing.
